Designer Bios
Sarah Bayne relishes her involvement in all aspects of flower production and design. When not helping create arrangements for Like Water for Tulips, she is cutting flowers, seeding, weeding, or planning events at Wollam Gardens. She also enjoys staffing farmers' markets in Washington, DC.
An Austin, TX, native, she is thrilled to explore beautiful Virginia and feels lucky to be a part of the Like Water for Tulips team. In her spare time she enjoys impromptu dance parties, yoga, and devouring Tex-Mex cuisine.

Cammie
Growing up around this country and Europe Cammie’s most vivid memories of childhood are the fields of tulips in Holland. “They stretched for miles, as far as I could see from the back seat of my family’s yellow Mini. I was mesmerized. I couldn’t believe anything could be so beautiful.” For Cammie, the art of floral design is not really in the designer’s hands so much as in the flowers themselves. “It’s really about honoring the natural curve, the unexpected juxtaposition of color, the beauty in the mundane. Design shouldn’t speak about the designer but rather it should allow the medium to speak for itself.”
